Neuro-Pathologists specialise in the diagnosis of brain disease through the microscopic examination of biopsy material. Neuro-Pathologists are typically the clinicians who make a definitive diagnosis about the presence of a brain tumour, confirming both its type and stage of development.
Pathology reports are expertly produced and speedily communicated to The London Brain Centre within 24-36 hours via secure computer lines directly into the Wellington Hospital.
The analytical quality of all tests conducted at HCA's Laboratory, are rigorously and continuously monitored through internal, national and international quality assurance schemes.
